I’ve got a spiritual thought for you. 2 Nephi 17:15 states, ¨”Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil and to choose the good.”
So this week we´ve got another guy scheduled for baptism. He uses crutches and works making door hinges, I think. Anyway, he is super friendly and hardly shuts up for us to teach him, he’s very talkative. He has really great faith, and my companion and I know he wants to be baptized, we’re just not sure if he has a testimony yet, so that´s what we’re focusing on leading up to this Saturday.
Joseth, a returned missionary and basically the only member who accompanies us to lessons, is scheduled to baptize him. Joseth is pretty cool; he’s very energetic, he listens to the same kind of music Brock and I listen to, and he´s super involved in the missionary work in our ward. He actually lives in Switzerland and is back in Peru for vacation before he goes back to propose to his girlfriend.
Anyway, that’s about all this week. The work is progressing, and so am I. Love you!
